What if there was a way to introduce your brand to millions of new customers. Hello, my name is Brian Honeycutt. One of the hottest new trends today in advertising is an old proven way to reach those potential consumers. Let me introduce you to the podcast in the form of an audio scripted series.

A few years ago I noticed that production companies, studios, and advertising agencies were ignoring a key demographic. Maybe they couldn't figure out how to reach that customer, and they gave up trying to. With these companies ignoring this demographic, and continuing to make their current entertainment, a lot of people will avoid most of their television programs, movies, or podcast. The reason is that currently most entertainment has explicit language, sexuality, and content being promoted that as an audience of parents with children or as a people of faith we don’t want to see or hear. Despite the fact that there are some companies that make devices that can filter out foul language for your television, there's still content in these productions coming from Hollywood that doesn't line up with what we want in entertainment. Just this year we have seen movie studios making news pushing this type of content in their productions, and although there are some great movies coming out from family frendly companies, there are far and few of them out there. So I decided I wanted to make a podcast in the form of an audio scripted show that listeners can stream or download for them to hear at their leisure. This means our audience will never be surprised or embarrassed with my shows using explicit language, and we will present themes in a way that shows in the pass have done without using extreme graphic situations. The telling of dramatic stories with sound scapes similar to movies draws in an audience each time a new show is uploaded. With technology today shows can be heard from your home or on the go, and mine will be accessed from the web page being developed, and all major streaming companies such as Apple, Google, and many other providers. People listen to shows in their cars, the gym, or cleaning house. They also like to stream the shows while they walk, bike, or traveling on a plane. This gives people freedom to go about their lives and be entertained by shows at the same time.

So you're probably thinking what's in this for us. Well there's great potential of being a sponsor of our series, and reaching millions of target listeners:
According to The Podcast Trends Report of 2019, “55.6 of respondents said they purchased an item after hearing it advertised on a podcast.” And according to Yahoo finance, right now, 28% or 80 million Americans are weekly podcast listeners. At the time of this study there were 10 million more weekly podcast listeners than the Netflix account owners in the U.S. Let me explain how we will advertise your company on our podcast. In our episodes our sponsor’s ads will be ran pre-roll. That means before our story ever starts, listeners will here about your product. Then before the episodes story concludes there will be another ad for your product. With affiliate links in our shows web site, our listeners can go and shop immediately to your market page, and can know exactly where to find your store's brick and mortar locations. Listeners become loyal customers to the brands that sponsor what they like to listen to.
I will also use social media to share episodes, communicate with listeners, and promote sponsors.

The first series, "The Bright Lights of Justice" is an investigation mystery show that uses a full cast of actors to tell a story. Just like movies, recording on location will add rich sounds to the audio of this show. Our main character James Cross is an upright man that morally goes out of his way to do the right thing. As a Commander of his field office and investigator for the States Bureau of Justice, he’s part of its Internal Investigation Division. He leads investigations into anything from murder, money laundering, kickbacks, and any corruption in local and state government. As I said before, our show will present themes without using extreme graphic situations.
I want to thank you for taking time out of your day to listen to what I have to say about my first series, and why I think we need an alternative to what Hollywood is doing. I also want to say, my intent is to make great shows that not only represent me, but with high integrity also represents my sponsors. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my proposal with you about my podcast. If you think this would be an opportunity you would like to try, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Brian Honeycutt
